As a child, Jillian’s favorite part of the elementary school science fair was designing graphics for the report’s cover page — never mind building the baking-soda volcano.
Today, she’s turned that passion into a career. After earning a degree from the Art Institute of Portland and diving headfirst into the industry, she has continued to curate a stunning portfolio of work with top-tier clients and companies around the globe.

“Do what you love, and love what you do” is the mantra that Brittany Kelley lives by.
To Brittany, being a great producer is all about utilizing both sides of the brain to get the job done; it’s about bridging the gap between that exists between creative and analytical to find solutions. It's a skillset she's developed through her experience producing videos for Nike and other Portland-based production companies.
But above all, she believes the most important quality of a producer is the ability to leave a smile on a client's face at the end of the day.

It all began the day Michigan-native Jolene’s father handed her a camera. It was love at first snap. She knew instantly that she was meant to have a career in photography.
With hands-on experience earned during photo school and years of work in athletic product photography, Jolene lends a photographer’s eye to the retouching process — a job that regularly calls for her meticulous attention to detail and knack for technology.

There’s a saying around here: “Karl can do it all.”
As the studio’s de facto prop maker, photo assistant, tech wizard, and utility player, Karl looks at studio projects from the perspective of an engineer.
Bringing an expansive knowledge of robotics and inventive technology to the table, his creative approach doesn’t just wander outside of the box — it shatters it.

Nikki describes herself as a “numbers person,” but we’d take it a step further and define her as a “masterful multitasker.”
Nothing puts a smile on her face like solving a tough puzzle. She’s the type to take every challenge head-on without breaking a sweat. From logistics to permits and number-crunching, she’s got it covered; it’s a work-ethic she attributes to a lifetime of training for competitive synchronized swimming.
